Park management fees are $431 a month and includes land lease, cold water, sewer use fees, trash, recycling, snow removal in the park. The unit must be owner occupied. Upon a fully executed signed contract of sale, all adults over 18 must apply to park, the fee is $180 non-refundable. Pets are allowed. Dogs must be at the interview at the time of application. Mobile home financing is available thru Priority Funding or First Credit Corp.
