Riverturn Condominium is a private community consisting of 70 townhouses. It is set around a beautiful, very well maintained garden with towering trees, scent of conifers and the feel of a serene, happy community.

The complex is on Turn of River, the neighborhood's namesake street. It is a quiet street in the wooded area of Northern Stamford, hidden behind Merritt Parkway and High Ridge Road, just minutes to dozens of restaurants, shops, fitness clubs, banks and business centers.

High Ridge Road takes you to Downtown Stamford in about 10 minutes, and with Merritt Parkway accessible in a few minutes, with good traffic you can be in Manhattan in less than 50 minutes from Riverturn.

Besides the convenient location to everyday needs and to the big city, another reason people love Riverturn is the woodsy, private setting. The area is indeed very beautiful, walkable and suitable for jogging, and there are many parks nearby. The picturesque Stamford Museum & Nature Center, with its famous nature trails and farm animals is only a 5 minutes drive away. There's also Mianus River Park with hiking and biking trails, fishing spots and the beautiful River flowing through the park. It is just about 10 minutes drive or less, as well as Bartlett Arboretum and Gardens, where you can walk miles of trails through astonishing gardens, research plants or enjoy a live music event.

Closer to home, within walking distance, you can also find lots of recreational opportunities:  Sterling Farms Golf Course and Tennis Club is just a 20 minutes walk away. For more sports options, there is the Italian Center of Stamford - a 30 minutes walk from the Complex, at a leisurely pace, offering an indoor and 3 outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts and youth programs like boxing or basketball. Within about the same walking distance there is Stamford Jewish Community where you can enjoy a lap pool, basketball and volleyball leagues for adults and many activities for children like chess, archery or dance classes.

Another reason people buy homes at Riverturn is the proximity to great public schools like West Elementary, Davenport Ridge, Westhill High School, The Academy of Information Technology & Engineering or University of Connecticut.

The Riverturn townhomes offer great comfort and space: from 1900+ to 2600+ square feet. The open floor concept living rooms are very bright. They feature French doors opening to a balcony and letting in the beautiful view of the trees. The eat-in kitchens are also spacious and sunny, with very large windows. There are 2 or 3 bedrooms plans with built-in closets, at least 2 full baths and 1 half bath. An attached garage is included, and many townhouses feature a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom, plus  a very spacious loft that can be used as an additional room. These are truly beautiful homes and the setting is ideal for anyone who wants to be in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, but close to the parkway and to Downtown Stamford.
