Another great and newly built condominium, offering carefree luxury living and stunning water views, is The Bankside House. This is a stunning riverfront location, right on the shore of the Saugatuck River.
Compo Beach neighborhood, although primarily sought-after for its beachfront homes, also offers some newly built homes not far from the beach.
