The old saw mill on 1.81 acres built in 1716 was the key element to the 18th and 19th century complex that once thrived in Ridgefield. The man-made mill pond gracefully cascades down almost 25 feet to create a rushing stream which passes by the stone terrace and the lower level of the home. The spectacular, two-story circular window designed by architect Kenneth Lange is a unique architectural detail which has been featured in Ridgefield magazine and Home magazine.
