About the Lifestyle

Set in the heart of Downtown Stamford in 1985, Grove Court Condominiums offers multi-level townhouses with a unique layout concept, designed to create a great sense of spaciousness and brightness. In a typical Grove Court home, every room is on a different floor, just a few stairs up/down, with the staircase in the center, allowing the light to flow through, from one side to the opposite side of the home.

The first level features a formal living room/ office with a half bath. A few treads up there's a bright dining area with large bay windows, which is attached to the kitchen. Another level up you can already see a large family room with a fireplace and sliders to a balcony. Again, a few treads up you'll find a guest bedroom with a full bath and on the last level, a large master bedroom with an expansive full bath with a skylight.

You can also find at Grove Court, among the 43 condominiums it houses, a typical townhouse floor plan featuring an open concept main floor with a large living room with a fireplace and sliders opening to a balcony, a bright dining area right in front of wide bay windows and a large open kitchen, while on the upper level there are 2 large bedrooms, with an en-suite master and a second full bath.

The lower level offers usually a 1 car attached garage with access into the home and additional storage space.

All homes have been beautifully renovated and updated. Most homes boast exquisite millwork throughout and all of them have custom kitchen cabinetry and high-end appliances, granite or marble countertops and fine details like recessed lights, built-ins or spa, marble baths with twin sinks.

These are truly unique homes, beautifully planned and designed to offer a joyful and dynamic living space in the vibrant Downtown Stamford.

It's just steps away from the best shops, the most appreciated farmers markets, craft shops, as well as the finest dining restaurants, theatres and art venues.

Strawberry Hill, Stamford Charter School for Excellence and Rogers International School are just some of many great schools close to the complex and commuters are in luck here: Stamford Train Station is within walking distance and I-95 is very close, so a drive to Manhattan is typically less than an hour.

You also have plenty of options for relaxation, sports or exercising in the heart of nature, close to Grove Court.  Mill River Park is just about a 15 minutes walking distance away from the complex, if you walk right through the heart of Downtown. It's a beautiful urban park set on 12 acres, with the beautiful Rippowam River flowing right through the middle.

About a 20 minutes walk away, you can find Scalzi Park, the largest recreational park in Stamford city. It offers several tennis and volleyball courts, softball and baseball fields, a basketball court and also many running and hiking trails as well as a bocce ball arena. If you love baseball, you can come here to watch and support the Stamford American Legion baseball squad, at Cubeta Stadium.

Golf lovers are also in luck at Grove Court: E. Gaynor Brennan Golf Course is just a 30 minutes walk away from the complex and it's open for Stamford residents. This is a great 18-hole golf course built in the 1920's and highly appreciated ever since.

If you love boating and watersports, less than a 10 minutes drive away from the complex you'll find Cummings Waterfront Park and Cove Island. They both offer marinas and fishing piers, as well as great sandy beaches and several sports fields. Cove Island is also home to a wildlife sanctuary, to the Terry Conners Ice Skating Rink and to the SoundWaters Center where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards, join great programs and events or enjoy public schooner sails.

A Grove Court home offers a bright and creative living space, especially loved by dynamic people who search for affordable luxury in-town living, in the heart of Downtown Stamford.
