Franklin Square Condos / Danbury, CT

Franklin Square is a condominium complex located on Farview Avenue in Danbury CT. It was constructed in 1981 but is fully renovated. The units are 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ranch townhouses. The houses have open floor plans and high ceilings.  The condos are about ~1300 sq. ft. 

Some of the condos have gourmet kitchens equipped with stainless steel electric ranges, Microwaves, range hoods, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A lot of them have granite countertops and a breakfast bar with. The kitchens lead into a  spacious dining room. The washer and dryer are located in the 1st floor bathroom. 

When you first walk in there is foyer between entering the roomy living room that has a high ceiling. The living room gets great natural light and there is a cute loft that can serve a multitude of purposes like an office area or reading nook. 

There's a walk up attic with plenty of storage capabilities and on the exterior there is a deck.The utilities are concerned its connected to the town’s water and sewage systems. It has central air and electric heating throughout the house with a fireplace in some of the units living room.

Throughout the complex there is lush grash adjacent to concrete sidewalks. There is a finished basement in some of the condos that make the perfect game room. The bedrooms are roomy with plenty of natural light and have large closets. There is nice hardwood flooring throughout the homes with tiled bathrooms.

 There is a homeowners association fee that covers all maintenance of the house: Grounds maintenance, Trash pickup, Snow removal, Water, Property management. There is no garage but two assigned parking spaces in the paved parking lot. 

The elementary school children would attend is Morris Street School and then Broadview Middle School, which feeds into Danbury Highschool. Immaculate Highschool is another option for 9-12 students that is a short drive away from this complex. 

Rogers Park is a few blocks away and the Danbury War Memorial is located there. There is a wide variety of local retailers and restaurants to pick from and the location of the complex makes it very convenient to get to where you're going. 

There is plenty of big box shopping available to you like Walmart and Costco as well as supermarkets and fast food chains. There is also the Danbury Library and the Ice Arena where local hockey teams compete. The Danbury Mall is a huge attraction having the most popular stores like Lululemon and Anthropologie to Macys and Sears. There is also  an Imax  Movie Theatre showing new movies in the same parking lot as Best Buy and Loews the department store. 

For commuters that take I-84 it is located minutes away from the nearest entrance on to Route 84.. If you are traveling south to NYC or Stamford/Norwalk it's an easy drive.
