Located in City Center, Danbury Mills Condominium Complex offers charm in its history and unique building. There’s a total of 41 units in the complex that vary between apartments or ranch style townhomes. The apartments are about ~700 sq. ft. and the townhouses are ~1000 sq. ft. 

The apartments are a single floor and are fairly roomy situated in the historical Oil Mill building itself so some of the walls feature a nice brick accent adding to the aesthetic of the apartment. 

The exposed wall allows some of the charming history of the complex bleed into the apartment itself.

There’s clean modern sliding windows with drapes that offer more than enough natural light in the living room. Most of the houses have hardwood flooring throughout the unit, although some have wall to wall carpeting in the living rooms and bedrooms.

There's assigned parking spots in the back of the complex allowing easy access to the elevator or stairs. The exterior of the complex is brick the surrounding earth is well maintained. It is decorated with nice vegetation and accents.

The Still River runs adjacent to the complex and offers a tranquil view. The townhouses offer two to three bedrooms and either 1 or 1.5 bathrooms dependant on the bedroom situation. The front of the townhouses is a walled in enclosure ensuring privacy from immediate neighbors. 

Any children attending public school would attend one Danbury’s nine elementary school. From there, there are two middle schools where all the elementary schools conjoin Broadview Middle School and Rogers Park Middle School. The middle schools finally converge at Danbury Highschool which boasts an A+ in diversity and A- in clubs and activities.

The complex is centrally located in Danbury putting in within reach of a variety of amenities. One of Danbury’s largest attractions is the Danbury Fairgrounds. The fair grounds are home to the Danbury Mall and big box stores like Macy’s, Sears, and Lord and Taylor. 

There is a never-ending amount of stores to shop at the mall like Lululemon and Anthropologie. It’s a fast fashion destination having significant Forever 21 and Primark stores. The food court has everything from McDonalds to Subway. 

Golfing is a popular activity nearby the complex at Ridgewood Country Club, which has a host of activities other than golfing for families. For the little ones Monster Mini Golf  is a great place to let energy out.

The movies are also a great option to get out of the house any day of the week thanks to Danbury’s Movie Theatre which has the latest and greatest at accommodating showtimes. It offers some of the largest screens and number of the theaters in CT.

One of Danbury’s greatest attractions is its IMAX Movie Theatre, which shows the latest movies and tons of different showtimes. It even has an arcade to keep the kids occupied while you wait for your film.
