How can you tell if it is time to paint your house again? It feels so much like you just painted it last year! Is it peeling away from the wood? Is it looking like it is drying and cracking and allowing moisture in to get to the wood?
Not this house below, but it gets a lot of exposure from the ocean air, and needs painting more often than an inland home. It may need a fresh coat as often as once a year because of the drying sun and wind and salt air.
