Glen Ridge Condo Complex - Wilton, ct

The condominium complex on River Road in Wilton, Connecticut has several smaller divisions that are all part of the same complex. To the left is Glen Side, to the right is Glen River, Glen Ridge, and Glen View. This complex is one of the best in town!

Glen Side is on the southeast side of River Road, off of the entrance to Ogden House - a typical Connecticut farmhouse built in 1750 - with loads of great community events every week! Glen River and Glen Ridge are on the right as you head out of town, and Glen View is a group of condominiums above Glen River and Glen Ridge. They are up on the hill; therefore giving it the name, “Glen View.”

There are over 100 condominiums, all built between 1984 and 1986. Smaller units have 1 bedroom, 1 bath and 845 square feet. Larger units have 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and size up to 1,519 square feet.

Many units come with wonderful amenities such as decks, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and fireplaces. Some are renovated with granite counters, tile floors, and sleek new appliances. All houses are heated and air conditioned with heat pumps.

Glen Ridge is located a short walk from the center of Wilton, and is walking distance from shops, markets, ice cream stores, movie theater, restaurants, and more. The complex also boasts a pool, great for the whole family on a hot summer day.
